Once you inquire, we'll get to know you, your story, and your vision. You'll receive our collections and we'll schedule a time to connect, answer questions, and discuss how we can bring your vision to life.
We'll connect to discuss your plans, priorities, and vision. We'll answer any questions, review the collections, and help you choose the experience that's right for you.
After our call, we'll send over your contract and retainer to reserve your date. Once everything is complete, you're officially booked with Pivot Port, and we can't wait to begin this journey with you.

Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will go towards your package total. The remaining balance is due at the day of event prior to photo shoot.
Your final images will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files through a private online gallery. You’ll be able to view, download, share, and order professional-quality prints directly from the gallery. Please note: galleries expire after a set period of time, I recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as possible.
Yes! While Pivot Port specializes in couples, engagements, and elopements, we also offer head-shots, fashion, maternity, graduation, prom, and personal branding sessions. If you have something else in mind, we’d be happy to customize a session to fit your vision.
Most galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending on the type of session, and number of edits. You’ll also receive a selection of sneak peeks within 48 hours so you can relive and share a few favorite moments right away.
For outdoor sessions, we’ll monitor the forecast together as your date approaches, keeping an eye on the 10-day and 5-day outlooks. If needed, we’ll discuss alternative locations or, in cases of severe weather, reschedule to ensure the best possible experience and photos.
Rescheduling for non-weather-related reasons is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice. Weather-related reschedules are always accommodated.
Sessions canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot are not eligible for a refund of the $150 retainer. Full details can be found in our contract.
